ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
Meloxicam
PHARMACEUTICAL FORM:
The suspension formulation is a yellowish viscous suspension.
INDICATIONS FOR USE:
Meloxicam oral suspension is indicated in the control of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis of dogs. It is also used in the control of pain and inflammation following surgery.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Oral use. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual response.
Initial treatment is a single dose of 0.133mL/kg body weight on the first day. Treatment is to be continued once daily by oral administration(at 24-hour intervals) at a maintenance dose of 0.067mL/kg body weight. The treatment should last at least 7 days.
Shake well before use then remove cap. The product may be either mixed with food or placed directly into the mouth. The suspension can be given using the measuring syringe provided in the package.

1.不推荐用于妊娠期、泌乳期或不足6周龄的犬；
2.禁用于对本品过敏的犬；
3.存在肾毒性的潜在风险，请慎用于脱水、血容量减少或低血压的动物；
4.禁用于胃肠道溃疡或出血，肝脏、心脏或肾脏功能受损及出血异常的犬；
5.禁与糖皮质激素、其他非类固醇类消炎药或抗凝血剂合用；
6.对NSAIDs过敏的人应避免接触本品。远离儿童。
Melocam Oral Suspension Attention
1. Not recommended for use in pregnant, lactating or less than 6 weeks dogs.
2. Should not be used in dogs with known hypersensitivity to the active substance.
3. Should be used with caution in dehydration, low blood volumn and hypotensive animals, due to the potential risk of renal toxicity.
4. Should not be used in dogs suffering from gastrointestinal disorders such as irritation and haemorrhage, impaired hepatic, cardiac or renal function and haemorrhagic disorders.
5. Do not combine with glucocorticoids, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or anticoagulants.
6. People with known hypersensitivity to NSAIDs should avoid contacting with the product. Keep it out the reach of childen.
