主要成分: 马来酸依那普利
性状: 本品为白色或类白色片
适应证: 作为利尿药的辅助治疗，用于治疗犬的二尖瓣返流或扩张型心肌病所致轻度、 中度或重度充血性心力衰竭。用于改善患有轻度、中度或重度充血性心力衰竭的犬的运动耐量和存活率。
用法与用量: 内服：每1kg体重，犬0.5 mg。一日1次。
开始治疗后2周内未出现预期临床反应时，应根据犬体重，增大剂量至最高每1kg体重，犬0.5 mg，一日2次。剂量的调整可在2～4周时间内完成，若充血性心力衰竭症状持续存在则可更快完成。开始给药或增大剂量后，应密切观察犬2日。开始用该药品治疗前， 应提前至少1日开始利尿药治疗。对犬的评价应包括治疗开始前和治疗后2～7日肾功能的评估。

INDICATIONS FOR USE:
As an adjuvant treatment of diuretics, it is used to treat mild, moderate or severe congestive heart failure caused by mitral regurgitation or dilated cardiomyopathy in dogs. Used to improve exercise tolerance and survival in dogs with mild, moderate or severe congestive heart failure.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Enalapril Maleate Tablets should be administered orally at a dose of 0.5mg/kg body weight once a day.

2.孕期、哺乳期服用是否安全？
依那普利可通过胎盘也可分泌进入乳汁。啮齿动物应用高剂量依那普利引起胎盘体重下降及增加胎盘和母体的死亡率。故不建议使用。

EnalaxinTM Attention
1.Enalaprilat is contraindicated in patients that have demonstrated hypersensivity to the ACE inhibitors.
2.It should be used with caution and close supervision in patients with renal insufficiency.
3.Enalaprilat should also be used with caution in patients with hyponatremia or sodium depletion, coronary or cerebrovascular insufficiency, preexisting hematologic abnormalities, or a collagen vascular disease .
